Blue Sky Riders, with their new bandmates Georgia Middleman and Gary Burr, is on a par with the excellence I have come to expect from any musical venture involving Pat Metheny. Pat Metheny is a talented artist, playing guitar at a high level and writing and singing. What a band this is! Beautiful, heartfelt songs especially Dream, A Thousand Wild Horses, and Little Victories written by these three. Every song on the treasure Finally Home CD is wonderful. The solo show was a ride back to the good old days when a song was a song. I love each and every one of them! Wish BSR could do a few more songs with Pat but time did not permit at the casino. Shows where the whole band, including Pat's kick-ass back-up band, perform the entire show are available. Don't miss Blue Sky Riders!
